What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership where I support you in your journey from Point A, to Point B. From a goal to results. If you don’t know what Point B is yet, that’s great! We’ll engage in a thought-provoking and creative process to identify your goals and dreams, develop action plans and accountability to drive transformation, and help you achieve your goals.

Coaching isn’t therapy… we aren't digging deep into your past to heal trauma, but we will work to uncover any limiting beliefs or “rules” you may have been living by that are keeping you blocked. The whole goal is to move you into ACTION.

Coaching isn’t mentorship.. I’m not going to just pass on ideas that have worked for me… though if I see some opportunities of course I’ll share any expertise I have that may support you.  

I help you unveil the answers you have inside yourself so you’re empowered to make lasting and sustainable change in your life. Together we find what works for YOU.


What is Mindfulness?

I define mindfulness as your awareness of the present moment. The taming of the “monkey mind”. Brain training. Rewiring your neural pathways for a success mindset.

Increased mindfulness unlocks incredible potential and relieves so much stress and anxiety that we have when we spend our time focusing on the past or the future.

Focus and attention towards your body, emotions, and thoughts is such a key life skill to create more calm and fulfillment in your life.

There are many techniques I will share with you to that we will use to bring more mindfulness into your life. Once you do that, you can easily tap into your intuition and make decisions aligned to your true values with more flow, ease, and success.


What do you mean by Energy Management?

Bear with me for a little quantum physics 101… Everyone is made of energy… it’s really the vibrational frequency of all the cells, molecules, and subatomic particles that make up your mind and body. And whether we realize it or not, we’re always operating at a certain energy level and acting from a certain level of consciousness.

What I do with energy coaching is help you recognize where you are operating from with your thoughts and actions in a certain moment or most of the time, so we can start exploring and experimenting with you operating at different energy levels that will help you live a happier life moment to moment and get you closer to you goals and dreams.
